Opal's Green Smoothie (for picky eaters)

INGREDIENTS:

4 lacinato kale (pealed off stem)

1 medium banana

1/2 avocado

1/2 cup frozen mango

1/4 cup blueberries

1/4 cup plant based milk

We will also add other fruit depending on what’s in season

Optional: hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, nut butter.

 

HOW TO:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. If it becomes to thick add more milk.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

  3. Good for up to 4 days in the fridge.
