Banana Almond Bread

PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES

COOK TIME: 25 MINUTES

SERVES: 12 BARS


Ingredients:

4 ripe bananas (mashed)

2 flax egg (1 tbs flax meal + 2 tbsp water = 1 egg)

1 tbsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp baking soda

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup almond flour

1/2 cup almond meal

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 cup crushed almonds (or other nuts)


Directions:

Pre heat oven for 375

Mix wet ingredients together

Add dry ingredients

Mix throughly

Bake for 25 minutes or until top is brown

Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes

Cut into slices or 1 inch squares
